Come join us for this week’s H.O.T. Spot (hang out time). We’ll have lunch and fellowship together during your break between classes. You can bring your lunch and we’ll bring lots of food to share too! Come anytime between your break from 12-2pm and we’ll meet at the tables between the FAC & Union. If it rains or it’s too cold, look for us inside the Texas Union eating areas. For those who are always in classes on Wednesday, next week we’ll be meeting on Thursday. Date: Weds, 3/10 Join us over spring break as we get trained in different skills so that we would be better equipped to serve others! We will have classes on Photoshop, Video Editing, Praise Band, and Cooking. In addition, we’ll also be going on a fun outing to enjoy the great outdoors of Texas together. It’ll be a wonderful time of learning and bonding. Sign up now! What could be a more meaningful way to celebrate this day of “love” than to share God’s unconditional love with others? This Valentine’s Day, we will continue on that tradition as we visit the Salvation Army and South Congress Care & Rehabilitation Center. Join us on February 14, 2010, from 10-11:30am, as we share God’s love and compassion with others. Click here to sign up. We guarantee that you’ll have a lot of memories and food for thought. It’s open and relevant to everyone, whether you’re new to Christianity or a Christian seeking to grow more. This year, the retreat theme will be driven by biblical lessons from the super-exciting, some would say “epic”, Lord of the Rings story (and yes, movies!). You don’t want to miss out! Sign up to attend the retreat!
