FAQ

What does Koinonia mean anyway?

Koinonia is a Greek word that means “fellowship”. It’s used in the Bible to describe the special communion Christians have with God and with each other.

I’m not even Christian. Does that mean I can’t join Koinonia?

Not at all! Our members consist of people from all faiths and backgrounds, many of whom are not Christian. We encourage everyone to check out the claims of the Bible no matter where they’re coming from.

What does Koinonia do?

We meet on campus every week on Friday evenings to study the Bible and see what it has to say about our lives. We also gather in smaller groups to fellowship together and have fun.

Do you have small groups? Can I join one?

Our small groups meet about once a week at various times. They’re a great medium for building closer friendships and learning in a smaller, more personal setting. If you’re interested in joining a small group, contact us.
