Freshman Kayaking Trip

This past weekend the freshmen class arose early Saturday morning to brave the waters of Town Lake for an awesome time of kayaking. Those who were expecting a warm, relaxing stroll out on the water were in for a rude awakening as water fights immediately ensued amongst the throng of kayakers. We ate some great food and played some volleyball, ultimate frisbee, and good old-fashioned kickball. The weather was great for the most part until the very end of our time when some serious rain came down and forced us to quickly pack up and leave.
