If you missed the UT vs. Notre Dame game, you spared yourself the emotional rollercoaster. However, UT fought one of the best games to start off this season, finishing victoriously with a 50-47 takeover in double overtime against the Fighting Irish!

Many came to our tailgate at our 405 building to eat up the hot dogs & burgers; others came for the fellowship without knowing any football, and some had no hopes in our Longhorns at all. By the end of the night, though, everyone walked away with an extra ounce of UT pride.

Below is just a small snapshot of the roars and cheers that shook the UT campus, as freshman QB Shane Buechele led the team with 280 passing yards and senior QB Tyrone Swoopes finished it off with a touchdown.
